Organizational structure

There is an executive committee to guide all activities. The executive committee build by an election. The executive committee operated according to constitution provide from Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. There have 15 members in an executive committee. The structure of the committee is as follows :

President : Deputy Commissioner  ->    vice president  -> secretary  /  member secretary -->  joint secretary  -->  treasurer   -->  general member.

Official structure :

District Cultural Officer  -->  Office assistance cum computer operator  -->  MLSS  --> Sound Operator  -->  Light  Operator  -->  Night guard.
